How long will it take to have my finished website?
Most websites take between 2 - 10 weeks to complete. This varies based on complexity, how ready your content is, my client load and your availability for revision meetings.
Here are the estimations based on the size of website:
- Earth package: usually launch within 2 weeks.
- Water package: approximately 1 month.
- Fire package: need 1.5 - 2 months.

Do I need to have all my content ready before we begin?
Not necessarily. We can start with your brand direction and website structure while you finalize copy or images. I also offer copyrighting and content strategy as optional add-ons if you'd like help shaping your vision.
What's the payment structure?
Payments are split into 3+ installments depending on the project and your preferences. A deposit reserves your start date and the final payment is due before launch. We'll decide the exact payment structure together before we begin.
What platform will my website be built on?
Most of my custom builds are on Webflow as they offer the best blend of creative flexibility and visual control. That said, I also work with Squarespace, Wix, SquareUp and Hostinger. I'll help you decide which platform fits your goals and budget before we begin.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes! Your website launch will come with a short recorded training session where I'll show you how to edit your website with confidence. Ongoing maintenance plans are available if you'd rather stay hands-off.

What are the ongoing costs after the design is done?
Every website has a few recurring costs to keep it live and running smoothly. I'll always clarify your expeected ongoing costs before we begin.
- Domain: typically $15 - $25 per year (through GoDaddy or your hosting provider)
- Hosting: $20 - $60/month depending on the platform and plan of your choice (Webflow, SquareUp, Square Space, Wix or Hostinger)
- Maintenance: Optional! You can handle updates yourself or I can take care of them through occasional work or ongoing retainer plan (monthly or quarterly).
- Additional software: You may choose to pay for admin tools to help run your business more smoothly such as scheduling tools, payment processing tools, management tools, etc.
